电动葫芦悬臂吊常出现的问题

    1、电动葫芦支承副臂的三个支架受力分配不协调。中支架因承受大部分力而变形较大，使副臂倾斜，在长轴上产生弯矩，导致长轴及销轴难插拔

　　2、创份前支架结构型式不合理，副仲前端靠前支架的长轴与吊臂连接见图，中部靠副嘴下面的滚轮支承在中支架上，可认为副份是靠前端和中部两点支撑的，一旦中支架受力变形,副胃就会向外倾斜，从而产生弯矩，长轴受力导致其插拔困难。

　　3、副臂前支架位安排不当。由于前支架位安排过于靠前，打开副臂时其重心离中支架根部的距离较大，使副竹分配到中支架的力对其根部形成的弯矩很大，造成中支架挠度很大。
