	11月11日上午，2015广州环博会同期会议论坛：2015华南地区VOCs治理技术及模式创新研讨会盛大举行，广东省环保厅主任科员段献忠、中国塑料加工工业协会复合膜制品专业**秘书长李建军和广东俐峰环保科技有限公司技术总监赖庆智分别作了演讲。

李建军详细介绍了包装印刷行业的概况，行业VOCs排放收费办法，当前包装印刷业VOCs治理的思路、技术、工序及工艺等做了详细的诠释。

他透露，从调研情况看，行业VOCs治理处于起步阶段，目前大多数企业开始行动，中小企业则多处于等待观望状态，而究其根源，主要为：企业环保意识不强，治理内在动力不足；治理技术不尽成熟，社会治理体系不配套；治理设施投资大，运行成本高；缺乏完整配套政策和有效落实措施。
