    二、产品概述Product General:
    SUN-NGR系列(组合式)中性点接地电阻装置适用于3~66KV以电缆线路为主的城市配电网、大型工矿企业、机场、港口、地铁等重要电力用户的配电网以及发电厂发电机和厂用电系统。
    产品电阻元件采用原装进口或国产优质镍铬合金电热金属材料,具有耐高温、抗氧化性能力强、抗拉强度高、电阻率高及阻值稳定等优良特点,尤其是在高温1000℃下仍然能够保持良好的电热金属性能,产品运行安全、可靠。
    根据不同的接线方式或客户需求,可配置环氧树脂浇注干式接地变压器、零序电流互感器、单相隔离开关、电阻器在线监测装置、加热器以及温湿度控制器等。
    SUN-NGR series neutral grounding resistors are applied to:

    The components of SUN-NGR series neutral grounding resistors are made of special stainless steel electric-heat metal imported from US.They are with outstanding characters such as high temperature-resistant capability,excellent anti-oxidation performance,strong tensile characteristics,high resistivety and stable resistance value,what’s more,it can sustain elec-tric and thermodynamic performance even under 1000℃,which enables safe and reliable operation.
    According to different connection mode or various customer requests,we can provide epoxy resin to cast dry type transformers,zero sequence current transformers,single-phase discon-necting switches,heater and thermo/humidity controllers etc.
    三、产品特点Performance Features
    SUN-NGR系列中性点接地电阻元件采用电阻**、特殊配方的不锈钢合金制造,其主要性能特点有:
    □耐受高温:熔点为(1375-1500℃),较高使用温度1000℃;
    □抗拉强度高:抗拉强度700Mpa,在900~1000℃高温下,机械强度基本保持不变;
    □电阻率高:电阻率为1.25μΩ.m,有利于减小电阻元件尺寸;
    □阻值稳定:电阻温度系数1.05х10-4Ω/℃,在高温情况下阻值变化很小,有利于保证保护的灵敏度;
    □抗氧化能力强:在1000℃左右的高温下仍能保持良好的抗氧化性能。适宜于污染严重的环境;
    □高韧性:在温度剧烈变化的运行条件下,仍保持良好的韧性,不易断裂;
    □类型齐全:按照通流能力的大小,有带状、栅格型、螺旋绕线型、肋形绕线型、平滑绕线型等多种结构类型电阻元件;
    □电阻元件模块化:每种类型的电阻制造成多种规格的标准元件,实现模块化。通过串、并联的方法,可以任意组合,以适应您对通流能力、电压、阻值等各种参数的要求,替换方便;
    □较佳散热设计:柜体结构具有较佳的冷却气流通路,散热效果良好,消除了局部高温点和易灼烧点;
    □使用寿命长:承诺使用寿命30年。客户回访发现,在役在的电阻柜中,运行时间较长的已**过50年。
    SUN-NGR series neutral grounding resistor components are made of stainless steel alloy that is composed of special composition and used specially for neutral grounding resistor. The primary characteristics are as follow:
    □High temperature-resistant: The melting point is at 1375~1500,and its max working temperature is 1000℃.
    □Strong capacity of tensile strength: The intensity is at 700 Mpa, and mechanical intensity keeps constant at the high temperature of 900~1000℃.
    □High resistivity: The resistivity is 1.25Ω.m, which is propitious to reduce the size of resistor component.
    □Stable resistance value: The resistance temperature coefficient is 1.05×10/℃,resistance value increase at high temperature is little, that is good for the sensitivity of protection.
    □High antioxidaton performance: Resistance also has a high antioxidaton performance even at the temperature of 1000℃, which is deeply suitable for seriously contaminative environment.
    □High tenacity: Resister elements can keep high tenacity when the temperature changes acutely.
    □Various types: According resister′s current, there are several kinds of elements such as strap﹑grid﹑wirewound﹑edgewound﹑rib winding﹑smooth winding types etc.
    □Resister modularized: Each type resistor are made of standard components, by series connection or parallel connection to achieve kinds of parameters, elements can be replaced easily.
    □Optimal heat-dissipation design: The cabinet structure possess the optimal cooling air current passageway. The effect of heat dissipation is very good and there are no local overheat spots and burn spots.
    □Long operation life: The guarantee life is 30 years. Some resisters have operated for more than 50 years.

    九、	产品结构product structure 
    □	标准设备包括不锈钢电阻元件、支撑绝缘子、绝缘套管、内部连线和柜体等。电阻柜的设计、制造全过程严格执行ISO9001体系进行质量控制;
    □	不锈钢电阻元件、支撑绝缘子、绝缘套管、内部连线严格按照相关技术规范装配、连接,并经过出厂质检和出厂试验;
    □	柜体底部加工有电阻接地端引出电缆孔和二次控制电缆引出孔;
    □	标准外壳四周侧板上部冲成百叶窗,柜体底部距地面高度为200mm,电阻元件下方底板设计为网板,整个柜体具有较佳的通风散热效果;
    □	外壳下部加工有接地螺栓,方便外壳保护接地;
    □	柜**部装有吊环,以便吊车搬运。

    十一、组合式中性点接地电阻装置
    Combined neutral grounding resisters device
    组合式中性点接地电阻装置集电阻柜、接地变于一个柜内,中性点接地电阻选用优质不锈钢合金接地电阻元件,接地变压器则选用DKSC系列低损耗、抗短路冲击能力强的环氧树脂浇铸干式接地变压器,并可根据客户需求装设零序电流互流器、隔离开关。
    产品优点明显,结构紧凑、节约占地面积,布置方式灵活、不受场地限制,安装方便。特别适用于旧站改造和城市市区新建变电站。

    □	限制故障接地电流,防止发电机铁芯烧损;
    □	限制暂态过电压在2.5倍额定相电压以下;
    □	抑制谐振过电压;
    □	限制单相接地故障电流不**过(10~15)A;
    □	提高发电机接地保护的灵敏度,使保护配置更方便。

    A、	发电机中性点经一单相变压器高压绕组接地,小阻值的接地电阻接在单相变压器的二次侧;
    B、	发电机中性点直接经高电阻接地。
    A.	The generator is grounded through a ** phase transformer, a low resister element is connected to the secondary side of the transtormer.
    B.	The generator is directly grounded through high resister device.

    With the quick development of city power distribution network,the power cable is used more and more in the distribution system。 The neutral grounding resistor are widely used in power distribution system。The current and temperature on resistor rises suddenly during grounding fault。When there is intermittent arcing grounding fault ,the fault current will accumulate。there is no monitoring devices to monitor the current and temperature in conventional neutral grounding resistor equipment。The neutral grounding resistor monitoring device is designed specially for fill this gap。This device will prolong the operation life for neutral grounding resistor and improve the reliable of  power distribution system。It will also meet the requirement of development of unattended substation。
       在线监测系统的功能特点Function of SUN-NGR-JCX
    SUN-NGR-JCX在线监测系统集数据采集、控制、告警、通讯功能于一体,在系统正常运行时可监视中性点不平衡电流、电阻片的温度(较高温度可达到1000℃);单相接地故障时,可记录电阻电流大小、接地时间、电阻片的温度变化和接地动作次数并带RS485通讯接口,以MODBUS规约将检测、记录的信息传递至主控室或微机单元,实现远程监控。
