厂房铝合金变形缝装置
为了减少温度变化对厂房的不利影响，需要沿厂房的横向或纵向设置伸缩缝，将厂房结构分成若干个温度区段。温度区段的划分应尽可能简单规整，并应使伸缩缝的数量较少。温度区段的长度(伸缩缝之间的距离)与结构类型及其所处的环境条件有关。《混凝土结构设计规范》规定，装配式钢筋混凝土排架结构的伸缩缝较大间距，在室内或土中时为100m；在露天时为70m。对于下列情况，伸缩缝的较大间距宜适当减小：(1)从基础**面算起柱
建筑变形缝设置
（1）在建筑设计时，应通过调整平面形状、尺寸、体型等措施；在结构设计时，应通过选择节点连接方式、配置构造钢筋、设置刚性层等措施。（2）在施工方面，应通过分阶段施工、设置后浇带、做好保温隔热层等措施，来防止由于温度变化、不均匀沉降、地震作用等因素所引起的结构或非结构构件的损坏。（3）当建筑物平面较狭长，或形状复杂、不对称，或各部分刚度、高度、重量相差悬殊且上述措施都无法解决时，则设置伸缩缝、沉降缝、
