阴极保护系统维护中的安全防护

人的生命只有一次，所有工作开始前，都要对安全进行评估，对风险进行识别。做到不安全的环境绝不开始工作，确实做到三思而后行。

一、人身防护

要穿戴适合的劳动保护服装、佩戴眼镜等，做好人身安全防护。工作张弛有度，保证饮食、营地环境卫生。夏天防止高温中暑，冬天防止寒冷冻害。

二、乘车安全

阴极保护维护过程中，大量时间花在路上，乘车要遵守交通规则，系好安全带。严禁酒后驾车，**速行车。乘车人中，职位较高或岁数较大的人对行车安全负责。

三、用电安全

设备上的开关关闭并不代表不带电。需要进行设备内部检查设备一定要断掉总电源，并做到挂牌锁，标签上应往用断电原因、断电人姓名以及联系大式。只有挂锁人才有资格去掉挂锁，开启电源。维修电气设备人员要有相应的资质。

四、防爆区工作安全

在站场内部工作时，要遵守站场防火防爆的规定，打开接线箱前，要确认没有可燃气体或已经断电。

五、**动物的伤害

在野外工作时，要注意蛇、虫、马蜂等动物的侵害，高山密林中要配备通信设备，长途跋涉时要携带充足的食物和水，必要时，双车出行。

六、高压线下方及沟下作业

野外测量管地电位时，尤其当上方有高压线时，要先放置参比电极，后与管道连接。先测量交流电压，再读直流电位。尽量采用单手操作。沟下作业时，要预留逃生通道，防止洪水浸泡。

3、 Electricity safety
The switch on the equipment is closed, which does not mean that it is not electrified. For the equipment requiring internal inspection, the main power supply must be cut off, and the tag must be locked. The reason for the power failure, the name of the person who cut off the power and the contact form should be on the tag. Only the padlock is qualified to remove the padlock and turn on the power. The maintenance personnel of electrical equipment shall have corresponding qualifications.
4、 Work safety in explosion-proof area
When working in the station, observe the regulations on fire and explosion prevention in the station. Before opening the junction box, make sure there is no combustible gas or the power has been cut off.
5、 Damage to wildlife
When working in the field, pay attention to the harm of snakes, insects, wasps and other animals. Communication equipment should be equipped in high mountains and dense forests. Sufficient food and water should be taken with you when you travel long distances. If necessary, you can travel in two cars.
6、 Operation under high voltage line and trench
When measuring the pipe ground potential in the field, especially when there is a high-voltage line above, the reference electrode should be placed first and then connected to the pipe. Measure the AC voltage before reading the DC potential. Try to use one hand operation. When working under the ditch, an escape route shall be reserved to prevent flooding.
